Our team is breaking ground on a new manufacturing project in Temple, Texas! We are thrilled to welcome SeAH Superalloy Technologies to the great city of Temple as we partner with them on the construction of their brand-new, first-ever alloy manufacturing facility in the United States.
This $110M facility will create 100 jobs on a 45-acre site in Temple, Texas, where they will manufacture world-class superalloys for the Aerospace, Industrial Gas Turbines, and Oil & Gas markets with products produced in Temple along with distribution services. The facility will harness innovative technologies, integrate sustainable practices, and elevate the standards of manufacturing excellence. Industry 4.0 techniques including automation, robotics, and full product cycle traceability will be utilized.
We commemorated this exciting new endeavor with the wonderful people of SeAH and the City of Temple with a groundbreaking ceremony on-site and a luncheon at the Temple Railroad and Heritage Museum. With a presentation of golden shovels to the SeAH team and heartfelt speeches, live music, and delicious BBQ, it was a joyful celebration.
With an exhaustive site selection process across several states, counties, and cities, SeAH’s mission was to not only find a place for their business, but a home for their investment into the United States. At the ceremony, representatives from SeAH shared why they ultimately landed on Temple, Texas as the facility’s future home, and later landing Hill & Wilkinson as the chosen General Contractor for the job.
Michael King, Chief Executive Officer of SeAH Superalloy Technologies, shared how it’s important for them to become fully integrated into the community in which they are present. “During our many visits and interactions with the various teams and individuals in Temple, we found exactly what we were looking for,” he said. “We found Temple to be fully resourced with the necessary utilities and infrastructure, an amazing regional talent pool, a focus on family, and a cohesive strategy and vision shared amongst the community leaders, city staff, and economic development corporation. This forward-thinking mentality and vision made us incredibly comfortable with investing into Temple, Texas as a home for SeAH Superalloy Technologies.”
With the opening of our Temple Office, Hill & Wilkinson is able to operate as a General Contractor local to the area. We are immensely grateful to be SeAH’s chosen project partner for this incredible opportunity.
“SeAH is a company with core values of Honesty, Passion, and Professionalism,” King stated. “It is critical that we align ourselves with companies who share our vision towards creating partnership relationships, as opposed to conventional transactional relationships. We found Hill & Wilkinson to share our vision to create a long-lasting successful partnership in our investment into Temple, Texas.”
“Additionally,” he added, “our timeline to complete this project is incredibly short. We needed a partner we could trust to work through the challenges of a short timeline who is already integrated into the local community to help us facilitate the necessary actions to complete this project. Hill & Wilkinson has embraced our mission as their own and is helping to drive our project to success!”
With this being SeAH’s first new manufacturing facility in the USA, they aim to become a top employer in the area through their workplace culture and strong core values focused on long-term, steady growth. SeAH will be a strong supporter of the community through involvement in community initiatives and investing in people, a priority that aligns perfectly with Hill & Wilkinson’s culture. We are excited to join with SeAH as they seek to impact the industry by building a state-of-the-art production facility and operations with top industry talent, aligned with their mission, vision, and values.
Construction is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2026, with full production capabilities by the end of Q3 in 2026. We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this project that will have such a positive impact on the Temple community!
