Post Construction Satisfaction
Hill & Wilkinson's unique warranty assurance means that we assume responsibility for our projects long after we have left the site. Our staff of full-time warranty managers will schedule a walk-through with our clients 11 months after project completion. During this process, a list is established and any items or issues of concern are addressed and corrected as needed.
In addition, we provide a quick response, often within the same day, to warranty-related service calls. Our warranty managers come prepared with fully-equipped vans to make warranty repairs while on-site in addition to coordinating any necessary subcontractor work.
