Cyndi has been at Hill & Wilkinson for over 10 years and has been CFO for five years. She is known by many, both inside and outside the company, for leading by example in her commitment to pursue personal and professional growth, one of the core Hill & Wilkinson values.
As a manager dedicated to personal development, Cyndi completed her Mini-MBA at The University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management five years ago and has been an active member of CFMA since 2013. She also attends many Hill & Wilkinson continuing education courses ranging from Contract Review to Leadership Development programs.
Cyndi’s grit and commitment to strive for excellence have earned her the reputation of a respected leader in a historically male-dominated business. She is the first female in the Hill & Wilkinson C-Suite and the first to sit on the Hill & Wilkinson board, making her a strong role model for women in our company and industry. Additionally, Cyndi serves on the Board of Advisors for the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and is an active and participating member of EWR, Executive Women’s Roundtable, in Dallas. Her dedication not only to her Hill & Wilkinson family but also to the community is truly inspirational!
One of Cyndi’s greatest attributes is her passion for innovation, process automation, and continuous improvement. She has enhanced the accounting department’s functionality by broadening its skills, abilities, and procedural expertise along the way. She has put in place new processes and systems to make the accounting department more effective and efficient. In 2023, with Cyndi as our CFO, we have seen a double-digit percentage of revenue growth as well as substantial actual and projected net income growth year-over-year.
