One of H&W’s core values is to support causes that do good, and we are happy to do that for one of our longtime partners, Ronald McDonald House of Dallas (RMH Dallas). We were able to help them out by renovating an old store at NorthPark Mall to create a new space for their fundraiser, The Trains at NorthPark.
All ticket sale proceeds for The Trains at NorthPark support families at RMH Dallas. Participants of this annual fundraiser buy a train car, which is displayed on the moving train track in the space. There are also multiple train displays that people can purchase tickets to see! The Trains at NorthPark started in mid-November 2023 and ran through January 5, 2024. It’s a family favorite holiday event!
RMH Dallas is a remarkable non-profit that offers support to families who are receiving essential medical care. We have been partnering with them for various charitable events for many years.
H&W also had the privilege of building a couple of projects for RMH Dallas, including a new 60,000 sf, two-story facility for RMH Dallas families as well as an expansion. The facilities provide housing for these families, as well as communal resources and support space for the children, families, volunteers, and staff. They are also supported by a large commercial kitchen that provides meals seven days a week.
We are honored to continue to partner with Ronald McDonald House Dallas and are overjoyed to have been a small part of this great fundraiser supporting an important cause. The Trains at NorthPark happens each year around the holidays, so be sure to grab your family and friends and enjoy some magical holiday fun later this year!
