A Role Model for H&W and Beyond: Camille Haley Wins HR Impact Award

We are so proud of our own Camille Haley for being named a 2024 HR Impact Leader by the Dallas Business Journal! An H&W family member of nearly 20 years, Camille has been instrumental in shaping the culture and success of Hill & Wilkinson. Her career at H&W has been marked by continuous growth, from her first role in 2005 as a Payroll Assistant to her current role as Vice President of HR. Camille’s dedication to improving employee relations, compensation programs, and health and wellness initiatives has made H&W a standout workplace in the construction industry. She has spearheaded initiatives such as the LEAD Leadership Development Program and mental health support measures, including Mental Health First Aid training and enhanced therapy access for employees.

Camille also leads the company’s volunteer efforts and actively supports organizations like the Ronald McDonald House and Community Partners of Dallas. Her leadership in these areas has fostered a strong sense of purpose and camaraderie among H&W employees.

With a reputation for empathy, approachability, and a commitment to continuous learning, Camille is recognized not only as a trusted leader at H&W but as a driving force in shaping industry HR practices through her involvement in organizations like TEXO and the AGC Mental Health Forum. This award highlights Camille’s dedication to fostering a positive and supportive work environment, making her a role model within H&W and for HR professionals everywhere.
