• 41,000 sf specialty grocery store building shell  that was turned over to Whole Foods and Hill & Wilkinson for tenant improvements
• With no interior slab in place, the scheduling and installation of the detailed underground plumbing was controlled
• The biggest challenge was accommodating nearly 10% worth of Owner requested changes within the original five-month schedule and opening on-time despite the challenge
