McLane Classic Foods

This project is a 94,000 sf food processing and distribution facility. Specialty areas included raw ingredients, processing, qa laboratory, packaging, cooler, freezer, and distribution in addition to a customer-focused culinary center, research kitchen, and corporate offices. Utility infrastructure scope included coordination and final connections for the Owner-provided processing and kitchen equipment. Utilities include 400 HP of culinary steam, 1,600 HP of refrigeration, CDA, and a centralized sanitation system.
