• 116,300 sf renovation of the city hall including envelope replacement, phased interior renovation, and additions on the west and south sides
• New, 330-vehicle parking garage
• Surrounding re-development of pedestrian plazas and streetscapes along three major downtown avenues
• Improvements made to the surrounding utility infrastructure to allow for future developments
