Finding the Fun in Everything
Flexibility and fun are the cornerstones of our culture and we think that the happiest employees are the most successful ones. We even made fun one of our core company values to emphasize the importance of finding the fun in everything we do. There are a number of things we do to inspire fun and alleviate some of the stresses of day-to-day. Our Fun Committee plans frequent events to give our employees a chance to take a break, socialize, and get to know one another personally.

Bringing People Together
Whether it’s our annual Margaritaville tradition which includes live music, food trucks, and a peer-judged margarita contest, or our Thanksgiving potluck lunch where we get together to reflect on the blessings of the year and try everyone’s award-winning family recipes, we love to bring our people together. We bring the fun to the field by hosting a tour of our projects followed by a lunch catered in appreciation for the team. Whatever the activity, we find new and fun ways to show our appreciation and celebrate hard work.
