• 30,000 sf fluid milk processing facility
• Total project duration was seven months from ground-breaking to milk production
• To speed construction, the process tanks were set in place upon completion of the foundations and the remaining structure was completed around the tanks
• Seamless integration of all phases was accomplished through early teamwork planning to coordinate processes, packaging, controls, refrigeration and utilities
