Garland City Hall Renovation & Addition

•  116,300 sf renovation of the existing City Hall including an envelope replacement, phased interior renovation on all four levels of the existing facility, and additions to the west and south sides of the building
• The envelope replacement involved a carefully phased and coordinated effort to completely remove and replace the exterior finishes on the three sides of the facility from ground to roof level
