• 10,800 sf renovation to the council chambers
• 1,800 sf renovation to the city hall
• 3,800 renovation to the economic development corporation
• Work included gutting the existing interiors, upgrading the existing wood framed structure, new MEP systems, an elevator tower addition, new roof, and interior and exterior improvements
