W Hotel Renovations

This project is a 6,700 sf renovation to the main floor including the lobby, bar, restrooms, and back of house office. The renovation includes new flooring, entry doors, feature wall at the stair, bar, and restoring the existing stair. Additionally, two guestrooms will be renovated including the removal of existing finishes and installation with new, adding sliding doors, and replacement of furniture.
