This project is a 6,500 sf interior renovation of the existing 16th floor spa at the W Hotel in downtown Dallas. The scope included new wall coverings, venetian plaster, tile upgrades in the showers, a main check in area, lighting upgrades, a new check-in desk, and pedicure and manicure stations.
A wet treatment room and storage area was demolished to create a larger couples massage room including a new fireplace and tile surround.
