This project is a 73,100 sf, three-story, mixed-use casino and hotel. The ground floor of the main building includes a restaurant, gift shop, bar, and a 3,800 sf conference center for 250 occupants. The casino holds six table games, 250 gambling machines, and back of house operations.
The second and third floor hotel above the casino feature 22 double queen units and 18 king units. There is a fitness center on the second level with a separate housekeeping elevator. The hotel also encompasses 10 separate cabins that include an additional 50 double queen units.
