Statler Hotel & Old Dallas Central Library

This project is a 702,600 sf renovation and restoration of the historic Statler Hilton Hotel and the Old Dallas Central Library located in downtown Dallas. The project included a complete restoration of the buildings’ exteriors and the conversion of the 11 upper floors into 219 luxury residential units. The five middle floors were converted into 159 four-star, boutique hotel rooms and the two lower floors were converted into ballrooms, meeting rooms, hotel services, lobbies, a restaurant, and retail space. The three underground floors were converted into a parking garage. Pools were added on the fourth and 19th floor roofs.
