This project is a 18,000 sf renovation of existing, occupied interior lease space, repurposing it for the School of Nursing and School of Pharmacy programs. The renovations on the 5th floor converted existing spaces into teaching labs, support spaces, and offices. The team coordinated to allow teaching and other functions to continue without interruption.
The scope also included phased removal and replacement of the entire exterior building envelope including exterior sheathing, waterproofing, glazing, and masonry veneer in order to properly address existing moisture infiltration issues and deficiencies related to State Energy Code and FM Global requirements.
