This project is a 40,000 sf, two-story research facility designed for individuals, groups, or businesses for the purpose of conducting research.
The facility includes over 12,000 sf of lab research and support spaces, office space, conference rooms, multipurpose space, and a main lobby. Modular casework, utility ladders, and service tracks are located strategically throughout each lab to allow for a wide variety of functions while minimizing disruptions to adjacent spaces during customization phases.
This project achieved LEED Gold Certification from the USBGC.
