The Ritz-Carlton Dallas

This project is a 179,000 sf, 218-room hotel renovation completed in multiple phases. All amenities and guest services remained operational during the renovations and work was carefully orchestrated to minimize disruption to hotel guests.

Phase 1 was the renovation of guest rooms, lobby, and club lounge. Phase 2 included finish upgrades within the Presidential Suite. Phase 3 was the renovations of the ballroom and conference rooms.
