In addition to the guest rooms, there is a large play yard that includes two play apparatuses, a half court basketball area, a life size checker game board, and a hop-scotch area.
Amenities include two laundry rooms, two community family areas, and a coffee bar/refreshment area. This addition also features many unique art pieces from local artist Carlyn Ray.
