This project is a 16,000 sf addition to the existing 20,000 sf facility that serves as an incubator for start-up and early-stage businesses by providing tenants access to secure wet labs, clean space, conference rooms, and office space for research and development.
The addition includes wet laboratories and associated support space, incubation offices for technology start-ups, and all related support spaces to support the needs of a broad range of users requiring chemistry, materials, and life sciences lab space to advance a business, product, or concept.
