This project is a 20,000 sf renovation and finish-out of an existing building. The scope included installation of mechanical, electrical, IT, voice, security, and hardening the existing shell building and office space.
This facility contains 10,000 sf of raised floor data center space. The data center was built out to Tier III standards with a 2N electrical and N+1 mechanical configuration and the raised floor area delivers 175-watts of critical power per square foot. The data center was commissioned and operational upon delivery. This hardened shell will allow the facility to withstand an F2 tornado (winds up to 125 mph).
The project achieved LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
