This project is a 161,600 sf, six-floor, 240-key, full-service hotel and conference center. The interior features conference rooms, ballroom, 24-hour pantry, chef-inspired grab-n-go market, fitness rooms, outdoor patio and pool, and multiple interactive work spaces. The specialty restaurant and bar was inspired by Dean Fearing.
The hotel emphasizes luxury and modern design with stylish rooms, elaborate common spaces, and ergonomic workspaces.
