The North Expansion project is a 61,200 sf addition consisting of two separate one-story additions connecting the existing building and the open parking garage. The scope included a 14,100 sf casino entry, 9,300 sf Porte Cochere, 9,000 sf of new gaming floor, 6,400 sf Mist night club, 400 sf of interior Parisian façade, and an extensive exterior finish. Tenant finish-out work included the 7,400 sf El Fenix restaurant, 7,200 sf Capise restaurant, and the Le Paris bakery.
Site improvements included adding paving, landscape, and the iconic globe feature at the Porte Cochere.
The London Expansion is a 56,400 sf addition and renovation to WinStar World Casino. The scope included a 24,300 sf, 500-seat buffet, 15,800 sf gaming expansion, 11,600 sf high rollers suite, 9,000 sf new gaming floor, 3,400 sf of restrooms, 1,400 sf enclosed dock area, 200 lf of interior Madrid façade, 100 lf of interior London façade, and an extensive exterior finish.
