The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center Phase I Academic Center

This project is a 78,500 sf, three-story addition and a 5,900 sf, two-story lobby pavilion. The lobby became the primary entrance to the hospital while the second floor of the lobby pavilion is a connector corridor used by faculty staff.
The first floor of the addition houses a Cancer Research and Treatment Area with two linear accelerator vaults. The second floor is used for the Family Medicine Residency Program and the Teaching Clinic. The third floor houses the Education and Conference Center and the Medical Library.
