This project is a 234,500 sf, five-story, 165-unit, luxury apartment residence with 27,400 sf retail on the ground floor. The building includes a four-level, 577-car, below-grade parking garage.
The design includes efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans. Residential amenities include a resort-style pool located on the ground floor and an amenity/fitness center on the second floor. The scope also included extensive landscaping and hardscaping throughout the development.
