Green Ridge Villas Buckner Retirement Community

This project is a 122,200 sf renovation and addition to the existing Green Ridge Villas Buckner Retirement Community. Phase 1 includes the expansion of the five-story, independent living building, the addition of a parking deck over the existing parking lot, the renovation of the existing building common areas, and associated site work. Phase 2 includes the expansion of the two-story, assisted living building, the addition of a dining area and a laundry area, as well as the renovation and expansion of the existing dining room and parking lot.
