This project is a 125,000 sf renovation and addition to the existing Calder Woods Buckner Retirement Community. Phase 1 includes four 10,3000 sf, three-story, 36-unit independent living garden apartments with detached parking for each building.
Phase 2 includes the construction of two skilled nursing green houses, an assisted living wing with eight units, and the expansion of the assisted living dining room. The project scope also includes renovations to the assisted living therapy room, activity room and corridor, as well as the addition of an independent living indoor pool, a bistro, a wellness area, and associated parking.
