This project is a 5,300 sf renovation of an existing metal building to provide a new Senior Citizen Community Center. The project scope included removal of existing MEP, civil, and structural systems while retaining existing core structural elements to allow for a cost-effective design where new elements could be added to the building. The space includes a new expansion, exterior envelope, and MEP systems to service the spaces, as well as new civil parking and infrastructure.
