This project is a 116,300 sf renovation of the existing City Hall including an envelope replacement, phased interior renovation on all four levels of the existing facility, and additions to the west and south sides of the building. The envelope replacement involved a carefully phased and coordinated effort to completely remove and replace the exterior finishes on the three sides of the facility from ground to roof level.
A new four-level, 330-vehicle parking structure was part of the overall development, as well as the surrounding re-development of pedestrian plazas and streetscapes along three major downtown avenues. Improvements to the surrounding utility infrastructure were made to allow for future developments.
This project achieved LEED Certification from the USGBC.
