


Phase 1 is a 16,200 sf renovation and 12,800 sf addition to this 100-year-old building. The addition includes an elevator lobby, restrooms, circulation space, reception area, classroom space, choir room, theatre-in-the-round, and art gallery. The break room was demolished and rebuilt with new lighting, millwork, solid surface counter tops, an under-counter ice machine, and high-capacity dishwasher.
Phase 2 is a 46,300 sf, three-story demolition and remodel including classroom and administrative space. The first and second floors include a refresh of the existing childcare center and Sunday school classrooms. The third floor includes a youth worship space with specialty lighting, LED video wall, and multipurpose spaces.
Additional project scope included all-new mechanical systems and energy efficient lighting systems.
