Firehouse Gastro Park

This project is a 5,700 sf, five-month renovation of Grand Prairie’s historic Fire Station #1 into a new restaurant. New finishes include paint, wall tile, sealing of existing concrete floors, new roof skylight, MEP systems, and a new TPO roof overlay. A fully furnished restroom container was brought in for restaurant occupants.
