This project involves the conversion of a speculative warehouse into a multiple line beverage production and bottling facility. The project scope involves demolition and replacement of over 100,000 sf of concrete floors, CMU partitions with high-build epoxy coatings and MEP systems for support of the new bottling lines. The facility includes waste water treatment, blending, filling, packaging and warehouse. Expansion is available for future PET blow molding of plastic 12-ounce and 16-ounce bottles.
