This project is a 35,000 sf packing facility and a 250,000 sf greenhouse. The packing facility consists of 23,000 sf of office, locker room, break room back of house, and MEP space. The greenhouse is master planned for 1,000,000 sf and was completed in 250,000 sf sections at a time.
