This project is a 75,000 sf aseptic line expansion within an existing 800,000 sf production and distribution facility. The project consisted of removal and pour back of 70,000 sf inside the operating facility in order to install a large underground pressure waste system. The facility also includes several process support related spaces, an ISO 8 clean space constructed utilizing IMP walls, ceilings, and a epoxy resin flooring system. Heavy joist reinforcement was required to support the extensive HVAC package added to the roof structure for the expansion. The team successfully completed the project alongside Niagara’s project management team and their down stream equipment vendors.
