This project is a 30,000 sf fluid milk processing facility. The total project duration was seven months from ground-breaking to milk production. A seamless integration of all phases was accomplished through early teamwork planning to coordinate processes, packaging, controls, refrigeration, and utilities. To speed construction, the process tanks were set in place upon completion of the foundations and the remaining structure was completed around the tanks.
