




This project is a 172,700 sf, 190-unit, market rate, transit-oriented, mixed-use development. The scope included a three-story, 170-unit residential building encompassing 170 units, two 3-story, 10-unit residential/mixed-use buildings, and a three-level, 440-space parking garage.
The design included efficiency, one, two and three bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans. Residential amenities include a courtyard pool, balconies, and an enhanced fitness/yoga/dance/pilates studio.
