This project is a 204,500 sf, 14-story, 180-unit, high-density/adaptive re-use residential development encompassing a city block in Uptown Dallas. The nine-story residential building and two-and-a-half levels of additional parking were constructed on top of an existing three-level parking garage. A resort-style pool, terraces, and an amenity/fitness center are located on a 11,000 sf amenity deck on the fifth floor.
On the ground floor, an under-utilized retail space was expanded and renovated for a 9,500 sf restaurant and 1,500 sf residential lobby.
