This project is a 141,500 sf, 500-bed dorm located on campus. The facility features double-occupancy, semi-suite, or pod-style configurations. The building also incorporates community learning, a classroom, and social spaces.
Site development for the project required careful planning and coordination of construction sequencing, as the parcel of land was occupied by other contractors constructing the new dining hall and parking garage.
