Texas Woman’s University Brackenridge Hall

This project is a 75,000 sf remodeled space with 2,600 sf of new expansion giving a total of 77,000 gross sf in the completed Brackenridge Hall. The complete remodel of the interior including MEP replacement will also include a refresh of the existing exterior masonry facade and complete replacement of roof and window systems.
