The Realm at Castle Hills

This project is a 273,500 sf, nine-story, cast-in-place office building with a with a four-level, pre-cast, elevated garage. Elements of the building include masonry, pre-cast panels, metal panels, and a curtain wall façade.

The scope also included an elaborate entry courtyard complete with large water features, extensive landscaping, limestone masonry, and a covered boardwalk.
