This project is a 140,000 sf, full-service automotive dealership located on a 20-acre site in Grapevine, Texas. The scope included a 27,000 sf showroom with space for 15 vehicles, a 37,000 sf full-service mechanical shop with 71 service bays, and a 20,000 sf BodyWerks paint and body shop. High-end finishes included leather-wrapped walls, state-of-the-art lighting controls, fully tiled service/repair shop, a café, and flat screen televisions.
This project achieved LEED Silver Certification from the USGBC.
