Ewing Subaru of Plano

This project is a 42,000 sf renovation and 5,000 sf expansion of a one-story, auto dealership. The project included a complete interior renovation of the existing service center, showroom, and car wash as well as an expansion of the service center. Façade upgrades included the removal and replacement of all exterior wall tile on the three buildings and replacement of the old built-up gravel roof with a new TPO roof. Exterior improvements included a turf dog park and the addition of a 60’ fin wall for signage.
