This project is a 170,000 sf dealership including a 80,000 sf showroom area, 39,000 sf of office space, 7,000 sf parts warehouse, and a 83,000 sf service garage designed to hold up to 125 service bays.

This project achieved LEED Certification from the USGBC with sustainable features including water efficiency, water use reduction, and enhanced refrigerant management. The interior furnishings, fixtures, and finishes for the building include recycled and regional materials.
