Park Place Lexus Grapevine

This project is a 96,600 sf renovation and 26,100 sf addition of a luxury Lexus dealership. The expansion scope included a second-level expansion of the pre-owned sales area, a service drive area, and the main showroom.

The renovation work for Park Place Lexus Grapevine included the entire facility inside and out while keeping the dealership fully operational.
