This project is a 21,700 sf, ground-up, two-story addition with 6,200 sf of renovation at an existing classroom building. The facility houses four flight simulators used to train pilots. The building is conventional steel framing with insulated metal panels at the exterior walls located at American Airlines Flight Training Academy south of DFW Airport.
