Mercedes-Benz USA Parts Distribution Center & Learning and Performance Center

This project is a 263,000 sf Parts Distribution Center (PDC) and a 59,200 sf Learning and Performance Center (LPC). The PDC supports the sales and distribution of spare parts to the customers and dealer network of MBUSA, and the LPC is a high-end technical facility that accommodates on-going training of Mercedes-Benz dealership technicians from the Southwest region.
