City of Garland HVAC Renovations at City Hall

• This project is a HVAC upgrade to the Garland City Hall which was constructed in the 1960s
• Installation of two 80-ton Trane chillers on top of roof on a reinforced steel structure, five new air handler units, installation of all new piping and pumps, and an upgrade of the fire alarm system
