This project is a 391,400, six-story, 1,119-car, cast-in-place, resident parking garage. The structure includes two elevators, 22 electric vehicle charging stations, and a security office. The architectural precast exterior was designed to be consistent with campus standards.
The parking garage was constructed into the side of a hill and on top of a running creek. A cast-in-place concrete box culvert diverts the existing running creek under the structure.
