This project is a restaurant, recreation, and entertainment venue including six retail buildings totaling 37,000 sf and four restaurant pads totaling 24,000 sf. The project includes a 55,600 sf underground parking garage and a 73,500 sf two-story parking garage with a pedestrian bridge connecting the top level of the garage to an adjacent restaurant.
Other features include a 15,000 sf, waterfront event lawn with a covered stage and 15,000 sf of outdoor seating, games, playground equipment, activity spaces, and interactive exhibits. The venue now claims the largest water feature in the state of Texas.
The scope also has extensive sitework and reconfiguration of existing infrastructure. Landscaping includes special planters, walks, and amenities to transition between the restaurant and recreation area.
